• Tuesday, April 15th - Opening Day: Welcome back for a fantastic 2008 season
• Saturday, April 26th - Sunset Bay Cafe Open for breakfast (8:00-11:00 a.m.) Stop in and join us!
• Saturday, May 10th - FREE Mother’s Day breakfast for Resort moms! Stop either Saturday or Sunday
• Sunday, May 11th - Happy Mothers Day! Resort moms, did you stop for your FREE breakfast?
• Saturday, May 24th - Annual Jr. Kids' Trout Fishing Tournament (Ages 1-9): Starts
  11 a.m. at the Pond. FREE hamburgers and hot dogs for the participants and their family!
• Sunday, May 25th - Annual Sr. Kids’ Trout Fishing Tournament (Ages 10-16): Starts 11 a.m. at the Pond. FREE hamburgers and hot dogs for the participants and their family!
  Memorial Day Dance - The New Venture Band at the Pavilion from 7:00-11:00 p.m.
• Saturday, June 7th - 2-Day Fishing Tournament starts 6:00 a.m.
• Sunday, June 8th - 2-Day Fishing Tournament ends today 3:00 p.m.
• Saturday, June 14th - Father's Day Celebration! Kenny T & Back Roads Band at the Pavilion 7-11 p.m.
• Saturday, June 28th - Horseshoe Tournament starts at 12:00 (noon). Sign-up sheets are in the Café!
• 4th of July Weekend - Cafe open for breakfast Thursday, July 3rd thru Sunday,
• July 6th (8:00-11:00 a.m.) Celebrate freedom and independence! (Don't cook!)
• Friday, July 4th - Beach Party (Band will be at the beach if weather permits.) DWP Band 7:00 -11:00 p.m.
• Saturday, July 5th - DJ "Travel Toons" will be entertaining at the Pavilion 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.
• Saturday, July 12th - Boater's Day Out! Attention all parents. Leave the kids with us and take advantage of Boater's Day Out 1:00-6:00 p.m.
• Friday, July 18th - 3-Day Fishing Tournament starts 6:00 a.m.
• Saturday, July 19th - Fire Truck Display 2:00 p.m. at the Pond
• Sunday, July 20th - 3-Day Fishing Tournament ends. Last weigh in is 3 p.m. Check the results at the Café.
• Saturday, July 26th - Christmas in July! An event you shouldn’t miss! Be creative! Decorate your RV, Site, Spouse, whatever! Contest judging after dark. Enjoy music and dancing at the Pavilion 7:00 - 11:00 p.m. with music by the Boot Hill Band.
• Saturday, Aug. 2nd - Golf Cart Parade starts 6:00 p.m. Join the fun! Bring flags, banners, balloons, and friends as we parade through Sunset Bay! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes awarded for best decorated golf cart.
• Saturday, Aug. 9th - Halloween in August! Lots of fun for all! Select your costume and join in the Costume Contest! Kids costume contest judging at 6:00 p.m. with trick or treat to follow. Pick up your balloon at the Café. Adult costume contest judging is 9:00 p.m. at the Pavilion. Music and dancing with Rick Barnes & Cheyenne Band 7-11 p.m.
• Saturday, Aug. 16th - Second Horseshoe Tournament: Starts 12:00 (noon). Sign-up sheets are in the Cafe
• Saturday, Aug. 23rd - 1-Day Fish-Off Championship: Good luck to those who qualify! Fish-off starts 6:00 a.m. and ends 3:00 p.m.
• Saturday, Aug. 30th - Labor Day Weekend! Tonight, Dick & Charlie Country Back Tracks Band 7·11 p.m.
• Sunday, Aug. 31st - Annual Bonfire on the Beach! Join us at dusk for the festivities including DJ "Travel Toons" entertaining from 7:00 -10:00 p.m.
• Saturday, Sept. 6th - End of year Bingo Championship: Starts at noon (12:00) in the Café.
• Saturday, Sept. 13th - Fish Fry at 6:00 p.m. in the Cafe for the adult fishing participants and their family.
• Saturday, Sept. 20th - Farewell Pot Luck Dinner: Everyone is welcome Dinner starts at 5:00 p.m.
• Sunday, Sept. 28th - Deadline for removing all boats from the Marina
• Wednesday Oct. 15th - Closing Day: Wow! The season went by too quickly, and we're going to miss you. 'But, we're already planning for another great year. See you next Season!

BINGO starts May 2nd and is every Friday and Saturday at 8:00 p.m. in the Café, unless otherwise posted
